Shipping Policy

All customer’s orders are processed for shipping Monday to Friday between 8am to 2pm EST, with the exception of the following US Federal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day.
  • Independence Day.
  • Labor Day.
  • Thanks giving Day.
  • Christmas Day.

    Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and International orders are shipped with DHL or Global Post. Once you receive your tracking information, it can take 24 – 48 business hours for the tracking to update.

Order Processing

The standard processing time here at dacagenutri is 2 to 4 business days for all products that are in stock.

Depending on the amount of orders that we receive over the weekend will also possibly delay your processing time.

As mentioned above, orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. Holidays.

Extra time maybe required for:

  • Larger orders
  • International orders
  • Orders requiring additional customer information
  • Out of stock items.
Priority Shipping

Expected delivery time for all priority shipping has an estimated time of 1 to 5 business days.

This is provided by the Carrier service and is based on the origin, destination, and drop-off time.

The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

International Customs

Dacagenutri is not responsible for any custom regulations, you are responsible to know the import law for your country. Please ensure that you carefully research all supplements to make sure that they are legal for importation in your country/country you are shipping to before you place an order. Once the order is placed we cannot be held responsible for customs delays.

Tracking information is provided for all orders, therefore please be thorough and ensure you keep track of your orders’ progress through the mail system.

We do not have a reship policy, we expect that all customers are aware of their own countries’ laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries’ customs.

Please know your own import regulations before placing an order. This is your responsibility.

Custom Fees

Please be informed that if you place an international order that you are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country (this does not include our shipping costs).
