Domestic Orders (USA):

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority.

International Orders:

International orders ship via GlobalPost or DHL Worldwide.

Ordering from dacagenutri is very simple, please follow the steps below:

Select the item you are interested in and click add to cart.
Once you are ready to place your order, click the cart button from the top right .
You can click view cart to review your order or checkout to progress to the checkout page.
At the checkout page you will get the opportunity to enter a coupon code when applicable.

GlobalPost(International): 12-16 business days approx.

Please note, the above times are approximate and may variate depending on the currier, which is beyond our control. However we put every effort to make sure that you receive your order at the earliest possible.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.

Exchange requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

Product is defective.
Product must be in original packaging.
Product must be unused.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
